Yeah, the thing that says 'keep permanently' isn't clear if it means an
active company or both active and inactive. Actually, here we have a matter
involving a company that no longer exists but we had to keep all the
records because there's ongoing litigation, but I also think that company
only folded within the past five years or so. Most of the minute books are
for much older companies.
