Jessica Fairchild asked about ways to connect with other law firm IG/RIM professionals and resources.  While ARMA is always a good option, I also recommend ILTA (International Legal Technical Association - http://www.iltanet.org/home?ssopc=1), which has an active Records subgroup.  Most law firms are already members of ILTA, and it’s a great forum.
