Our city is currently implementing Microsoft Office 365, possibly including the modules for SharePoint and Instant Messaging. If your City has implemented SharePoint or Instant Messaging, what records management challenges or benefits have they brought? Also, does your City Attorney consider instant messages to be public records, similar to emails or texts?
