The commissioners plan to use the basement of the antique mall for
permanent record storage and have added a sprinkler system in case of a
fire.

“Right now we are fixing up the basement. It’s never had any water in the
14 years we’ve owned the building,” Boose said. “We have records
everywhere. What we’re trying to do is an organized record retention.”'
