Good Morning,

I know I have seen a few threads in the past on records management interaction with third-party vendors/contractor or delegated vendors. However, I am particularly interested if any of you in the RIMverse complete Certificates of Destruction for termed vendors?

If so, I would be interested in how you have constructed your form, specifically the data collection elements? Secondly, how successful have you been in collecting those completed forms?
