This is very helpful, thank you. One of our challenges is that some of our business units expect the IG program to have responsibility for making sure that record sets are complete and to identify gaps and report anomalies. We are instilling the expectation that RIM does not have responsibility for data integrity, completeness and correct metadata assignment. The analogy is like a bank having guidelines for safe deposit boxes but not owning the contents. Not perfect, but more easily digested.
