Great Bruce, keep them coming. Looks like they will not be hiring a
specialist in marketing. They have changed the title for Cyndy Launchbaugh's  position
 to " Director of Brand Integration and Marketing." I think the  item of
chapter support and involvement, as you mention, is a major item and one  that has
been voiced for some time. On several occasions I have suggested HQ  prepared
presentations for chapter use-one in particular-ISO15489.
