I am really looking forward to your session because I working through this
challenge currently. Is your survey intended to identify best practices or
what challenges people are having so you can tailor your presentation
accordingly? I can certainly contribute it if is the latter, but do not
want to take up one of your spaces if it is the former.

PS. This is my first post, so I¹ll introduce myself. I am a new RIM
professional at a public university in Alberta, Canada. My background is
in student services and I just moved into RIM in July. I¹m really looking
forward to the conference and soaking up all of the knowledge that is
being shared on the listserv.
