Sadly, almost none of the soft drinks that we were accustomed to in the 1950s and 1960s are "original formula"..... If you look at the ingredients, I know of no soft drink that still uses pure cane sugar and almost no soft drink that uses citric acid (most now use phosphoric acid)...... Been drinking it since 1954, when the bottle had that 10-2-4 logo on it. I guess you are going to tell me next that maybe Santa Claus doesn't really live at the North Pole anymore because Al Gore told him that his home is on the polar cap and is sinking into the ocean? -----Original Message----- From: Tyler, Judy K Ms DACH-Ft Hood [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Thursday, March 03, 2005 9:27 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: Independence Day *********************** Your mail has been scanned by InterScan VirusWall. ***********-*********** The key to knowing if you have the original formula is to look for the Imperial Cane Sugar logo on the can/bottle. As far as I know the Dublin plant has the license for it, and have recently signed a contract with the Temple plant, allowing them to bottle the original formula. -----Original Message----- From: Records Management Program [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Osier, Nina Sent: Thursday, March 03, 2005 9:19 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: Independence Day Do you mean what I'm buying in Maine is NOT the original formula?
