I agree it's all about organization and FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS.  You
also need to look at the construction of the test.  It tells you the point
values of the different areas.  So if a given section is worth 24 points and
the question asks for 4 recommendations, you have to figure each suggestion
is worth six points (I took math in school).  So if you only make two
recommendations, it doesn't matter if they are so astoundingly brilliant
that they will change the course of RIM as we know it -- you'll still only
get 12 points for that section.
