Now, there's a thought..... We've seen the Past Presidents gather, those who
have been "goosed", some group known as "the Clancy's", and now some "old
Buzzards"??? What ever is ARMA coming to?  ;-)......

Jean you should check out the Federal Acquisition Regulations, part 4,titled
"Administrative Matters. This part prescribes the policies and procedures
relating to administrative aspects of contract execution including reporting
and records retention requirements. Section 4.705 through subsection
4.705-3
list some of the records contractors must retain and the applicable
retention periods.

You should be hearing from some of the ARMA members in the aerospace
industry. There are some very active programs out there.
