Another potential resource to consider is the state and local retention
schedules published by your state records management department (TSL, LVA,
Etc.).  Some have sections for medical records and typically identify the
appropriate citation.  A directory of state archives and records programs
can be found at http://www.statearchivists.org/states.htm
