There are probably no fool-proof ways to truly FORCE email deletion, or file
deletions.  Education can help, but for so long as we have CD-R, DVD-R, USB
ports, etc. workstations for employees, there's no 100% method for
preventing local copying....at least none of which I am aware.

Let's say you establish a given date after which email will be unavailable,
or deleted. How do you keep folks who don't want to purge their email
holdings from transferring them to CDs, thus creating a portable, personal
"archive"?
