I would add some of these, since they can gain management/executive support.
I've not noted 10 reasons, just four that may be of high priority to
executives and that may match an organization's business objectives:

1 Improve customer service by reducing cycle time
2 Increase productivity (reduce costs) by standardizing and automating
business processes
3 Improve access to multiple records repositories
4 Gain competitive advantage by reducing "time to market" (faster & better
decision-making, leading to gaining competitive advantage)
