Hi Everyone,

We just received word that a donor may give us 500 boxes (standard 1.2 
cu.ft. box) to add to 1 of our collections.

The problem is no more room within our in-house records center facility. 
The donor lives in Manhattan and 1 of the proposals is to store the 
material there until we can create the space. If someone could give me a 
rough idea of initial charge/box (transportation, handling) & monthly 
charge of 1 cu.ft. of space in Manhattan or Greater NYC area, that would be 
a huge help. Currently, we wouldn't need withdrawal charges since the boxes 
will likely sit for 2-3 years.
