In this role you will enable the classification and lifecycle management of electronic stored records across Roche to enable their usage as digital assets and to comply with external obligations. You will establish required standards and tools for the handling of electronic records in line with the Corporate Records Management programme and other information governance and compliance related initiatives. You will ensure that the Roche corporate records management programme fulfills all external regulations and expectations for electronic records handling by training and advising stakeholders, and by monitoring and assessing compliance. The role of Corporate Records Management (COREMAP) Program Manager for electronic records reports into the Head of Corporate Records Management The key responsibilities include: - Act as primary contact for electronic records related questions raised by Records and Information Management stakeholders throughout the company - Support generation and maintenance of standards and taxonomies for electronic records - Identify tools and system improvement needs related to electronic records management and work with IT solution and business process owners in implementing changes - Act as business solution owner for electronic archiving systems and information governance portals - Represent COREMAP on internal and external boards and initiatives related to information governance Thanks!
