after reading all the various responses I had to come back and reread the
original message. What I didn't see is a breakdown in how the work was
done. Are the individuals working in a records center one day, then in an
office environment the next? or does it vary throughout the day? That
information may be helpful in determining the appropriate outfit.

I like the idea of polo shirt and khakis as an everyday outfit. combined
with a nice stitched logo would really provide a great look.
