Steve, I was editor of the Japanese/English Glossary published by the
IRMC
in 1989. The translation team was headed by Mr. Munehisa Sakuyama, CRM.
I'll
check to see if I have additional copies, but, at best, I can send you
my copy
and you are free to make a copy of it. It covers 319 terms.  I also
authored
a book "Records Management System" that was also translated into
Japanese by
Mr. Sakuyama. If you would like to read it, I'll send you a  copy.
