Mary, I just had to laugh because I ran into the same dilemma about 7
years ago with our ERK committee: is it Electronic Recordskeeping?
Recordkeeping? Records Keeping? (We decided on the latter).

I agree with Ginny - the plural is best (otherwise they may think you
are talking about those old black vinyl round things, of which I have
far too many at home!).

Regarding the position title, might I suggest Records Management
Analyst/Assistant/Liaison (not sure of the actual function you are
describing).
