I started the survey twice, stopping both times because I believed that
many of the questions were poorly worded or that the list of available
choices didn't allow me to answer appropriately (how about an "I don't
know" or "Not applicable"). I felt as if I were being guided down a
path, as if the survey was designed to provoke certain responses. I am
glad to see that I am not alone! Richard
