I am an electronic records consultant for Washington State Archives
and I am doing some research on managing and archiving state
agency tweets. Specifically, I'm wondering if anybody has any
experience with TwInBox. It is a downloadable client that connects to
your Twitter account and operates in your Outlook account. It
automatically loads incoming and outgoing tweets into pre-designated
Outlook folders. Has anybody tried utilizing this as a tool for complying
with records retention schedules? Any information about experiences
with this client would be much appreciated!
I hope everybody has an enjoyable holiday weekend!
