Hi Megan, 

No direct experience with it, though I hope to rectify that by this time next week. Another approach that would work, albeit a bit more manually, would be to save a given Twitter stream through its RSS feed. You could do this natively in Outlook 2007, and then set up rules to route them into folders, or you could export them to your choice of formats (Excel, PDF, etc.) and retain them that way.
