Please see below information re Lest We Forget website. The Lest We Forget
website is compiled by the Synercon Group who specialise in RIM.

I work for Synercon Europe and am one of the researchers who finds
the information for the website. I hope you get something out of the site.

Lest We Forget  is a register of major incidents highlighting the need for
good recordkeeping. In editing Lest We Forget we try to focus on those
issues which have a significant impact on the rights of individuals
(including taxpayers) and communities.
