Hello Everyone!



All the recent introductions have inspired me to stop lurking and tell you
a bit about myself.



My name is Stacy Vail, I live in the Southeast Michigan / Detroit area and
have been in the record management industry since 2002. I am a program
manager by trade and was lucky enough to be invited to join an information
lifecycle management initiative at a very large company – and the rest, as
they say, is history! I am a direct-hire, titled “Global Record Manager,”
for a Fortune 500 Temporary Staffing firm and (as a department of one)
manage the relationship with our offsite record storage / secure shredding
vendor and provide record management consulting / process improvement to
corporate and field employees. I am an active ARMA member, belonging to
both the Mid-Michigan and Detroit chapters and aspire one day to attain my
CRM … and CIP …and IGP.



I greatly appreciate the candor, research, and professionalism I have seen
in this venue!
