Hi Jesse,

They could take a look at an Open Source solution called Constellio (http://constellio.com/?lang=en). It's definitely NOT "RIM light" (it's an "Enterprise Information Management" solution built around a search engine, with a records management module), but it might well work for them.

And the price is right!
