Presentation Description:
Smile! Everywhere you go, there’s a camera recording data. As records
managers, what do you do with the video data your organization’s
cameras record? How long to you keep it and where do you store it? In
what format? Who has access to it? How do you dispose of it? Security
cameras, dashcams, bodycams, drone cameras - every organization today
must manage video recordings.

This will be the focus of Oregon ARMA’s Chapter Meeting. We’ll have a
round-table discussion led by Connor Edmonds and Andrew Penta, where
you can ask questions and share your knowledge with your fellow ARMA
members. Please invite your IT and legal staff co-workers to this
meeting so that they can learn and share (they will not be charged a
registration fee for the meeting).

To assure a lively discussion, please send any questions you may have
or suggestions for areas of conversation to Connor
[treasurer(at)oregonarma(dot)org] and Andrew
[dir-education(at)oregonarma(dot)org].

Hope to see you there!
Tyrene
