We do not require a physical signature card to open an account.  A person 
can apply to open an account by completing an online application form.  
Once the form is completed and it is verified and approved, the online 
process directs the customer to an electronic signature card page.

When the customer acknowledges certain information on that page, it 
serves as authorization for his/her signature and has the same legal effect 
as if it were their original handwritten signature.
