Does your text message policy forbid the use of sms text messaging for 
conducting business? Does it say cell phone is not a system of record so if 
a text message constitutes a record, copy the message to an alternative 
medium/format and warn that the phone is subject to discovery and may 
be confiscated?  Please share your experience.
