Thanks for starting this conversation! April always seems to sneak up on us, so we haven't done much in the past, but we are going to do better this year. In the past, we have only had information booths around our campus to try to connect with employees a few days in the month, and we have used it as a reason to post notices referring people to our existing resources. 

One of our staff just had (or found) the idea of making a page-a-day calendar for the month of April that has a different RIM tip for each day (if we include weekends, we will probably have tips for personal/home RIM). I love it and we are going to try to do it. I'm thinking we will distribute it to our records coordinators and have a few to give away if we do an information booth. 

I look forward to hearing what else people come up with!
