Hello,

This is coming from researching this in the past and from personal
experience. I cannot quite tell from the website if Montel does this, but
make sure the floor underneath the shelves has been reinforced. Otherwise
you risk the floor becoming damaged and potentially collapsing from the
weight of the mobile shelves. This can be less an issue if you're on the
first floor, but if you have a basement or something similar, it can still
be a problem. The mobile shelves are incredibly useful since you can put
almost double the amount of shelving in, but they do have the issue that
items cannot have a greater depth than the shelf itself. What I mean by
that, is that a box really can't have any part of it hanging off the shelf,
or else you can't close it. Users need to also be careful to make sure
locks are properly engaged, so that people aren't mistakenly squished
between shelves (and yes, I am saying this from personal experience;
thankfully my coworker heard my yelp and stopped trying to open the row he
had been. He hadn't realized I'd been back there and I hadn't realized the
lock hadn't set properly.).

Have a nice afternoon,
