A post-audit request submitted to the Civil Service Commission on George Tydingco, a management analyst and acting chief of records at the Department of Land Management, includes emails highlighting some security concerns for the vaults housing DLM's records. There were at least two occasions in which a vault door was left unlocked by the audit petitioner, Mario Garcia.
