Hi Doug, 

Absolutely correct - which is why AIIM also has a Strategy course for each
certificate program. No alphabet soup or letters after attendees' names, but
designed to provide the business case and identify key considerations for
implementing, using, and optimizing programs in each of these areas and the
supporting technologies.
