Ginny raises a good point. I've been fortunate to speak at a number of ARMA conferences and I don't pay a lot of attention to the "smiley sheets" (the surveys) except to see comments I can use to improve. When I presented my AIEF research paper I got *hammered* for lack of interaction. Perhaps we should include some kind of disclaimer or sentence in the description to that effect - and hopefully ARMA may consider automatically putting something like that into the descriptions as well. 

I recognize that these sessions aren't necessarily as entertaining or interactive as others, but we have to have the research in order to continue to move the profession forward. To speakers, that may mean that the audience becomes much smaller. But I'm OK with that if it means that the people who attend are interested and recognize the value.
