Full disclosure: I work for AIIM.

Might I suggest the AIIM conference? It's no longer the gigantic tradeshow
of the 90s. Since its relaunch in 2011 it's been a much smaller, more
intimate event with a sharp focus on educational content. I've heard
attendees compare it to the MER conference in size and scope. It also
features AIIM training courses - ERM Practitioner, ECM Practitioner, BPM
Practitioner, etc. as preconference workshops.
