Too early and not nearly enough coffee. But I know that the National
Archives of the UK has a policy toolkit and that there are very
high-quality records management resources in Australia - naa.gov.au for the
main site and many of the states in Australia have their own resources as
well. Not sure what IRMS (irms.org.uk), DLM Forum (http://www.dlmforum.eu/)
RIMPA (rimpa.com.au), ARANZ (aranz.org.nz), or other ARMA-type equivalents
outside the US might be able to provide, but might be worth a look as well.
