It builds on the MRM Specialist but includes specific content on: - Email management - Social media records - Records and the cloud - Structured data records management - Privacy and data protection - Legacy system decommissioning - How to select, design, and implement a digital recordkeeping system Students can take the 2-day Specialist, the 2-day Master Completion, or both courses together.
