<The question that has come up over the last few years among some of the codgers on the list is, what happened to the deep content that marked the creation and early years of list?>
As one of the original codgers, I may not think the same as Chris and Larry, but I think one of the reasons the deep, purposeful discussions of issues have fallen by the wayside is the fact that many of the codgers have retired and moved on.  I've notice quite a bit of the posts in recent years have been requests for guidance from newer RIM practitioners.  This is not a bad thing, but once folks have answered the specific request, we never segued into a discussion.  Years ago we would have.  I don't know if this is because we are all busier than we used to be or if us "codgers" are just talked out (like that will happen 8-) ).
