That salary range is quite attractive and it is definitely in the ballpark
(especially if they converted that to Canadian dollars!).  It really depends
on the type of duties expected, amount of staff supervised, the size of the
organization, skill set required, competencies, education required,
experience required, certification(s).  I think this came up a few times on
the list before so it may be useful to consult the list archives?
