Training Video - Build with DACS; publish with EAD

The second Eloquent Archives video is ready for your viewing. This
training video starts by illustrating the basic data structure and then
shows how you use your Internet browser from anywhere in the world to
quickly enter your metadata and attach digital content of all formats.

You simply flag each descriptive record to approve it for public viewing
anywhere on the Internet. You quickly highlight your most interesting
holdings and use them as demonstrations to justify the resources you
require for completing your backlog of holdings.

With a few clicks of the mouse you can quickly export selected portions
of the database as static EAD or HTML pages. They are available to
Google and other search engines and have links back into the database
for more detail and current content.

Just go to
http://www.eloquent-systems.com/products/archives_videos.shtml for
access to the streaming videos. You get an option of two videos and two
viewing formats for each.

Most computers already have the viewing software. Try at home if your
office computer does not support it. Or, call the Eloquent hotline
(800-663-8172 ext 102) for help.

Enjoy!
