Hi! I'm Lura Harrison, and I've been subscribed for a couple of years
now and the information is that I get from this listserv is very
valuable!
 
I'm an uneducated administrative assistant (no degree in RM) who has
always had "records management" responsibilities under the "other duties
as assigned" category. I act as records officer but don't have any
authority. I am also a member of ARMA which proves to be just as
valuable! 

This listserve and ARMA give me the information I need to formulate well
educated answers to some records management questions I receive. In
other words, I use what you say to back myself up!
